jousting tournaments and events hosted at some of the UK's finest castles. Why not
enjoy a medieval day out this summer, suitable for all age groups fun-filled jousting events
will keep you entertained as you cheer on your favourite knight.

Travel back 600 years at Bolton Castle and discover all about
military life in the early 1300s. With displays of arms, archery competitions
and knight demonstrations you will learn all about
medieval weaponry and armour before experiencing the excitement and drama of a
full foot tournament. |

Visit Leeds Castle during July
for a range of spectacular events including, meeting the wildlife
warden and learning about the black swans, enjoy the Royal Philharmonic
Orchestra in our open air classical concert or watch The Lord Chamberlain’s Men
revive the traditions of an Elizabethan theatre. |
Gladiators will be visiting Caldicot Castle on the 27th
and 28th August and will be giving training demonstrations in the morning followed by sharp weapon
display, then Gladiator bouts in the afternoon as well as roman military life living history running
parallel with craft talks and demonstrations. |
